Call for Nominations of Officers

The WNA Board of Directors has the following positions open:

• President-Elect
• Treasurer

The President-Elect shall assume the duties of the President in his/her absence or at the direction of the President. The President-Elect shall serve as a representative to the ANA Membership Assembly. The President-Elect shall serve as co-chairperson of the Legislative

The Treasurer shall be responsible for monitoring the fiscal affairs of the Association and shall provide reports and interpretations of WNA’s financial condition to the Governing Body and the WNA membership. The Treasurer shall serve as co-chairperson of the Finance Committee. The Treasurer shall serve as the elected Second Alternate representative to the ANA Membership Assembly.

The WNA Regions have the following positions open:

• Vice President
• Secretary

For more information, review the  Candidate Toolkit. All candidates for office must submit a  Consent to Serve form by the end of the day, Monday, August 19th. 

Elections will be held via an electronic ballot sent to all members by September 1st.
