Posted about 5 years ago

Recover Wyoming and the Wyoming Department of Health - Behavioral Health Division invites members to a free training session on Shared Decision Making on Tuesday, April 30 from 1-4 p.m. at the Laramie County Library, in the Sunflower Room.
Shared Decision Making is an emerging best practice in behavioral and physical health that ensures all clients are well-informed and involved in decisions about their health. This free training will provide an overview of Shared Decision Making, and the various ways that counselors/treatment centers/providers can apply SDM. Participants will increase their understanding of the process through interactive exercises and develop an Action Plan for future use at an agency or practice.
Registration is not required. For more information, please contact Recover Wyoming at 307-421-7261 or laura.griffith@recoverwyoming.org
